Step by step
Etching
The manual color selection requires, in some cases, the use of the Pantone palette. On the other hand, once the colors have been chosen, we have laser engraving machines that allow a better precision and more final quality. Below we leave you with our etching process captured in images.
Rotary and digital printing
We have Stork machines up to 12 colors, with input of tricot fabrics and raster rectifiers that allow a maximum width of 160 cm and rapports of 64 and 82 cm. The paste metering by automatic kitchen ensures a reliability reproduction of colors.
Today we have three reagent machines for samples, small productions and high production.
The latest technology comes with a fourth direct dispersion machine (no paper transfer), which gives us a quality on the polyester that is impossible to achieve with paper transfer.
Dyeing
We have a wide range of H.T. rope dyeing devices with capacities from 2 kg (samples) to 250 kg, all them equipped with a programmer, automatic dosage of products and process control from laboratory.
Finishes
We have different types of machinery (sanfor, calandra, tumbler, etc.), both to dimensionally stabilize the fabrics and to obtain special finishes (non-shrinkable, ground, etc.).
In any case, the final quality control is carried out through an automatic and visual process.
Final product
Below we leave you the images that show you the final result of our daily work and dedication.
